Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to Rare Artistry and are reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hour notice. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges. Notification given less than 24 hour prior to appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the service booked. Failure to show up for your appointment, no call no show, will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount. Gift Certificates- Cancellation less that 24hrs prior to appointment will result in 50% deducted from the purchased price of gift certificate. Failure to show up for your appointment, no call no show, will result in a 100% forfeit. The Cancellation Policy allows me time to inform my standby clients of any availability, as well as keep my schedule filled, in order to better serve everyone. Rare Artistry policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for my established and future clientele.
